These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Zifu Tiaodong Technology Co., Ltd. (registered full name: Xingtai Zifu Tiaodong Technology Co., Ltd., unified social credit code 91130502MAD1DK6646; “WorkHogee”, “we”, “us”). WorkHogee is a comment-monitoring and lead-management tool for small businesses. It monitors comments on connected social accounts through official platform APIs, classifies intent, and—where you enable it—sends public replies and/or private messages, scores leads, and sends high-intent alerts. The service does not create or post content on its own; it replies only within the scope you configure.WorkHogee 是面向中小商家的评论监控与线索管理工具。它通过平台官方 API 监控已连接社交账号的评论、识别意图，并在你开启的情况下发送公开回复和/或私信、进行线索评分与高意向告警。服务本身不自主创建或发布内容，仅在你配置的范围内进行回复。
You connect accounts (e.g., a professional Instagram account) using the platform’s OAuth authorization. You must own or be authorized to manage the connected account. We do not request or store your platform passwords. The permissions you grant are limited to the scopes required to provide the service, and you may revoke them at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Your use of WorkHogee with a platform (such as Instagram/Meta or Google) also requires you to comply with that platform’s terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram API and Community Guidelines, and Google API Services User Data Policy. You must not prompt WorkHogee to act outside the platform’s rules or API limits. Platform features, permissions, rate limits, and review status may change or be revoked by the platform; we will adapt where we reasonably can but are not responsible for platform actions outside our control.你将 WorkHogee 与某平台（如 Instagram/Meta、Google）一并使用时，还须遵守该平台的条款与政策，包括 Meta 平台条款、Instagram API 与社区准则、Google API 服务用户数据政策。你不得指使 WorkHogee 做出违反平台规则或超出 API 限制的行为。平台功能、权限、限流及审核状态可能被平台变更或撤销；我们会在合理范围内适配，但对平台侧超出我们控制的行为不承担责任。

You retain ownership of your content and data (comments, templates, leads, and customer information). You grant WorkHogee a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and provide the service to you. The WorkHogee software, name, logo, and service design are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the service. Open-source components incorporated in the service are governed by their respective licenses.WorkHogee 软件、名称、Logo 及服务设计归我们所有或许可我们使用，并受知识产权法律保护。本许可不授予你对我们商标的任何权利（使用服务所必需的除外）。服务中包含的开源组件受其各自许可约束。
During the current Beta/Alpha period, the service is provided without charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will describe pricing and billing on the website and give you advance notice before charges apply. No fee is charged unless you subscribe to a paid plan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHogee and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost revenue, lost customers, or lost data) arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you used the free service). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.在法律允许的最大范围内，WorkHogee 及其运营方不对因本服务产生的任何间接、附带、后果性、特殊或惩罚性损害（包括收入损失、客户流失或数据丢失）承担责任。我们对任何索赔的总责任不超过你在索赔前十二个月内向我们支付的金额（若使用免费服务则为零）。本条款不排除法律不允许限制的责任。

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or platform-compliance risk. The service integrates with platforms such as Meta/Instagram, Google, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.
